Welcome! You may find yourself here because you are looking to benefit from the transformative process of hiring a coach for you or your team. You may be at a crossroads in your career or struggling with confidence, and wondering if there is a better way of managing this. The most important thing when you embark on coaching is choosing the right coach for you or your staff and business, as the relationship you have with the coach is where the magic happens! I am ILM qualified and an EMCC member who takes coaching seriously, but with passion and enthusiasm too.

Packages
Whatever your reason for seeking out coaching, there will be a package to suit your needs. Please take a look and get in contact for any questions. Bespoke services available on request.
Bronze
Entry level coaching package most suitable for very short-term goals. Consisting of 3 hour long sessions. This is ideal for interview preparation, or confidence building prior to a major event.
This is an affordable package that gives you an opportunity to try coaching.
Silver
This is our most popular package, and is based on 6 x 90 minute sessions, plus additional light touch points if required. Ideal for short-medium term goals such as working on confidence, preparing for a job change, or implementing a lifestyle change. Package expires after 9 months.
Gold
Starting December 2025, I’ll be offering Executive Coaching services, having earned my ILM qualification as an Executive Coach. This package is ideal if you’re new to senior leadership, want to enhance your executive presence, or are preparing to take your career to the next level. It will be tailored to your needs and can vary in length.
ABOUT ME
Laura Hair- Coach
Following over 20 years working within the NHS, in clinical, leadership and organisational development roles, I became a qualified coach three years ago and have not looked back. I bring a wealth of experience to my coaching, along with empathy, curiosity, passion and enthusiasm. I bring a wealth of knowledge in leadership, culture, management, and teamwork, as well as insight into the pressures of large organisations and the resilience needed to handle stress and constant change. I also know first-hand how daunting a complete career change can be. My decision to complete an ILM Coaching qualification came from my love of developing and supporting others. As a true people person, I love meeting individuals from all walks of life and helping them make the changes they need. I believe coaching is far more than a tick-box exercise—it’s about having conversations that can truly transform life at work and at home. I’m a friendly, kind, and supportive coach who isn’t afraid to explore and ask the tough questions when needed.
