Following over 20 years working within the NHS, in clinical, leadership and organisational development roles, I became a qualified coach three years ago and have not looked back. I bring a wealth of experience to my coaching, along with empathy, curiosity, passion and enthusiasm.  I bring a wealth of knowledge in leadership, culture, management, and teamwork, as well as insight into the pressures of large organisations and the resilience needed to handle stress and constant change. I also know first-hand how daunting a complete career change can be. My decision to complete an ILM Coaching qualification came from my love of developing and supporting others. As a true people person, I love meeting individuals from all walks of life and helping them make the changes they need. I believe coaching is far more than a tick-box exercise—it’s about having conversations that can truly transform life at work and at home. I’m a friendly, kind, and supportive coach who isn’t afraid to explore and ask the tough questions when needed.
