Starting Nursing at 19, I thought my career was mapped out. 20 years later and after fulfilling leadership and management roles in the NHS, I wondered, like many of you- "Is this it?" Pivoting into Organisational development was my natural fit. I gained experience with team dynamics and managing conflict, leadership development, facilitation and undertook my first coaching qualification.

I've spent a lot of my career being the person who helps other people navigate change.

I've also experienced what it's like to reach a point where the path you've been following no longer feels quite right.

That uncomfortable space between “I can't carry on like this” and “I have absolutely no idea what comes next” is one I understand.

And I've learned that you don't always need someone to give you the answer.

Sometimes you need someone who can sit alongside you, ask the questions you haven't asked yourself, challenge the assumptions you've been carrying and give you the space to work out what you really want.
